Trump's first term:

1. Trump doubled the Standard Deduction (from 6K to 12K) and doubled the Child Tax Credit (1K to 2K). This was a huge pay raise to lower income people. Almost 90% of tax payers use the standard deduction.

2. Census Bureau data showed a gain of $4,144 between 2017 and 2019 to the median household. By comparison, during 7½ years under Obama (The end of the recession in June 2009 through January 2017) the median household income rose by only about $1,000.”

3. When Obama took office in 2009, Home Ownership rate was over 67%, when he left office it had fallen 63.5%. From 2017 until 2020 Trump lifted Home Ownership Rates back over 66%. The rise in Home Ownership Rats in 2019 was the highest since the boom at the end of WWII.

4. 2.3 Million Manufacturing jobs were lost during the 2008 to 2010 'Great Recession'. There was then an increase in employment in manufacturing of 7.7% in the next six years of Obama. (But almost non during the last two years). Obama proclaimed this as a 'new normal'. Comparing the last 21 months of the Obama administration with the first 21 months of Trump’s, shows that under Trump’s watch, more than 10 times the number of manufacturing jobs were added. In two years Trump grew manufacturing jobs by over 3%. Progressive economists, such as Paul Krugman had proclaimed this impossible.

5. Trump held three unprecedented meetings with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Singapore (2018), Hanoi (2019), and the Korean Demilitarized Zone (2019). These marked the first direct meetings between a sitting U.S. president and a North Korean leader.

6. Trump Brokered agreements between Israel and several Arab nations, including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco. These agreements normalized diplomatic and economic relations between Israel and these countries, marking a significant shift in Middle Eastern politics.

7. Trump initiated direct talks with the Taliban, culminating in a peace agreement in February 2020. Throwing away Trump's plan will go down in history as one of Joe Biden's most foolish errors.

8. Trump made concrete changes to US border policies in his first term. In 2018 he introduced 'Zero Tolerance' - the criminal prosecution of all individuals who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border illegally. 'Remain in Mexico' - asylum seekers needed to stay Mexico while their claims were processed. 'Reduced Asylum' - drastically reduced, historically low levels (only 18,000 for FY 2020). This included barring claims from people who passed through other countries coming here if they had not first claimed Asylum there (Global law on refugees).

9. Trump replaced NAFTA. This included a move to help Union workers: 40-45% of each vehicle's parts needed to come form workers making at least $16/hour to prevent low wage overseas manufacturing from undercutting US workers. It also increased US Dairy exports to Canada & Mexico by using tariff threats. It unified Union right and Environmental Protections across the three nations (things leftists should agree with).

10. Trump fought for consumer rights and lower costs in Health Care.
- Trump mandated that Big Pharma be forced to disclose drug prices in TV ads, but a democrat judge blocked it in court.
- Trump sought to tie the prices of certain drugs covered under Medicare Part B to the lowest prices paid in comparable foreign countries. Again...Big Pharma stopped this in courts.
- He mandated hospitals and insurers must disclose the real prices negotiated for drugs and medical services.
- He allowed importing drugs from Canada to increase competition and lower prices.
- Trump capped insulin to $35/month for seniors.
- He changed rules to allow Pharmacists to recommend generic drugs instead of more costly versions.
- He allowed consumers to receive rebates, instead of those accruing to the insurance company.
- He accelerated approval of generic drugs

Trump believes in competition and market forces to help the US consumer. He believes in negotiating and fighting for Peace through strength. He wants the US to be an economic engine that produces goods and sevrices that fulfill the needs wants and desires of consumers (you). At the same time, he protected Union workers and farmers, the backbone of America.
