Yeah, let's focus on anything but GMO foods. GMO food is what's new in our diets, introduced about 20 years ago.

And GMO soybean crap oil is what most restaurants have replaced the seed oils with.

I use butter, olive oil and occasionally coconut oil and fat, lard.

I purchased some roasted soy nuts from Amazon, being careful to check the oil content and found that olive oil was the only oil on the ingredients list. When I received the package, olive oil was not on the list, and instead it said sunflower and/or safflower oil. I tried to get my $ back and was refused. Later I noticed they had removed the ingredients list from the package back displayed on Amazon.

a 50/50 mix of real butter and coconut oil works well as long as you don't go too blazing hot.

I made salmon patties in it and it was freaking delicious! Much better than the canola oil I used to use.

I agree about both, but something people often miss about cottonseed is cotton is Not a food crop, and because of that more toxic pesticides are allowed for cotton crops than are allowed for food crops.

Cottonseed meal is often fed to livestock and even sold as an organic fertilizer, even though it is treated with toxic chemicals not allowed in food production.

I only cook in tallow, lad or unrefined coconut oil.

It's been well known for years.

My guess is they are going to blame this when it's really the people that got the jabs.

Basically all your chips are fried in these oils as well.
